Are you a certified Scrum Master with a background in delivery and project management that can take on a new role supporting a Financial Services business in their journey to Agile?

We're looking for someone that has a foundation in project delivery so is able to take on project management tasks but that can also spearhead a dedicated team and improve delivery timelines and estimations.

The role leads a team of product owners, developers, testers and BA's in delivering their core digital offering, so is integral to the banks success. You will need to have brilliant stakeholder engagement skills and be able to work with people to embed new ways of working and improvement to their processes.

Experience of JIRA, Confluence and being someone who can support and coach agile, as well as deliver projects is needed.

You will get to work with a business that are doing some important and meaningful work, as well as have the chance to have a real impact on the bank, their delivery of projects and ultimately their revenue. As well as this, you'll get to work in a supportive environment with a brilliant team around you, working 1-2 days per week from their central Birmingham office.
