Business Analyst - Birmingham - Financial Services - Hybrid Working - £45-55,000 per annum plus benefits - Generalist BA - Change and IT

Do you fancy working in a business that has real meaning and purpose and are going through a major transformation programme?

Dentro have been engaged to find a strong Business Analyst with the ability to work on projects, acting as the sole BA at times, across business change and IT projects. You'll need to be an expert requirements gatherer and you'll need to have worked in an agile environment before, understand the regulatory requirements of an FCA regulated business and be able to deal with key stakeholders across business units.

The business are on an upward trajectory with a transformation programme under way which covers programmes of work across their IT and Business estate. As such, you'll need to be adaptable and be able to take on projects, both large and small with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Working with 3rd parties will come as second nature to you and you'll understand that you will need to problem-solve in a collaborative fashion or individually, depending on the situation.
